2020 Kilo Abs
Welcome 2020! 2020 was brought in PMA style with our traditional New Year’s workout – KILO ABS (1000 sit-ups). We finished in 30:23 minutes. Great first workout of the new year!

Holiday Schedule
PMA Students and Parents:
The school will be closed on for Christmas Eve, Saturday Dec 24th, only. All other classes will continue as scheduled. We hope to see you over the next two weeks!
